The Crescent Nebula (NGC 6888) - The Crescent Nebula is a glowing gas cloud in the constellation Cygnus. It’s about 5000 light-years away and spans 25 light-years across. A massive Wolf-Rayet star powers the nebula by crashing fast stellar winds into the slower gas surrounding it.
